● Extension Description
● Call Distribution Type:
● Round Robin – If you select Round Robin, calls will be distributed evenly to the PBX extensions you assign to the ACD. If the PBX Extension Call Forwarding Number is busy, the caller will be sent to voicemail.
● Next Available – If you select Next Available, calls will be given to the next PBX extension that is available to take the call.
● Call Wrap Up Time: Call Wrap Up Time gives the PBX extension extra time after hanging up from a call before making the PBX extension available for the next call.
● Time Interval to Repeat the Leave a Message prompt
● Maximum Hold Time: Calls will be sent to voicemail when they are on hold for this time period.
● To add a PBX extension to the ACD:
a. Select a PBX Extension to add to the ACD Queue from the drop-down list.
b. Click the Add button.
● To delete a PBX extension from the ACD:
a. Check the checkbox for the PBX Extension you want to delete in the PBX Extension table.
b. Click the Delete Selected button.
● To enable automatic recording, check the Automatically Record your ACD Extension Calls checkbox.
● Enter a number in the Record every textbox (to record every call enter: 1).
● Select which PBX extensions to record calls for:
● Select “come into ACD Extension [extension number]” if you want to record all the calls that come into the ACD for all PBX extensions.
● Select “forward through ACD Extension [extension number] to these member VPBX Extensions “ if you want to only record calls to certain PBX extensions, and then select the desired PBX extensions and click the Add button.
● Set up the recording schedule.
● Select 24/7 if you want to record 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
● If you want only want to record calls between certain hours or on certain days, select “Between the hours of.” Select the start and end time range. Select the checkboxes for the Days of the Week you want to record on.
● Select the Allow Voicemail Transcription Yes option to enable voice transcriptions of voicemails.
● Select the Allow Voicemail Transcription No option to disable voice transcriptions of voicemails.
