Web Forms

The Web Forms screen allows you to view all of the web forms for your account. From this screen you can add web forms, delete web forms, or obtain code for your web forms to paste onto web sites.

The following information displays for each web form:

• Web Form Name - Displays the name of the web form.

• Group - Displays the group that is populated by people using this web form to sign up.

• Code -  Clicking the Get HTML hyperlink will open up the Get HTML Code screen for that web form.

• Delete - To delete a web form, check the checkbox(es) for the web form(s) that you wish to delete and click the Update button.  You will be asked if you are certain you wish to delete the selected web form. Click Ok to delete the web form.

To create a new web form, click the Create New Form hyperlink to open the Customize Subscription Form screen.

Shared Web Forms

If your organization has set up a master shared campaign, the campaign will be set up with organization groups and web forms by default. If you put the associated shared web form on your website, you can begin gathering email addresses, and as soon as people sign up, the master campaign will send out messages to them. NOTE: You cannot delete shared web forms.
