View Bounces

This screen displays the email addresses to which messages could not be delivered. If a subscriber is placed in the Bounce Group, he/she will not be sent any messages until the subscriber is removed from the bounce group.

• Email Address Hyperlink - Click the Email Address hyperlink to open the Subscriber Details screen for the subscriber where you can remove the subscriber from the Bounce group.

NOTE: Do your best to make sure that the email address is a valid one for the subscriber or the subscriber might be put into the bounce group when the next message can't be delivered.

• First Name - Displays the first name of the subscriber.

• Last Name - Displays the last name of the subscriber.

• Date Added - Displays the date the subscriber was added to the system.

• Signup Type - Displays how the subscriber signed up.

• Groups - Displays all of the groups the subscriber.
