Specify User Field

This is the screen where you can specify the details of the user defined field for all subscribers. Click here to learn more about how to use the user defined fields.

The following user defined field details are available:

NOTE: Once you set the type (checkbox, text box, or drop-down) for a field, the FIELD TYPE CANNOT BE CHANGED, but you can edit the Field Name or the Drop-down values. But keep in mind that doing so will change the name and values for all your subscribers, including those who entered information using the older field name and values. Click here to see examples of why you should clear existing user defined fields before editing them.

  1. If the field is a drop-down or a checkbox, enter up to eight (8) values for the drop-down or checkbox options.

  2. Click the OK button to save your changes.

Click the Clear This Field for All Subscribers button to clear this field for ALL subscribers in your system and wipe out any data stored in this field.

Click the Cancel button to cancel any changes made and return you to the Custom Fields screen.
