Manage Groups

This screen displays your groups with options to manage them.

The following information will appear in the View Groups table:

• Group Name Hyperlink - Displays the name of the group. Click the Group Name hyperlink to open the Edit Group screen for that group.

• Number of Subscribers - Displays the number of subscribers in the group.

• Subscribe Address - Displays the email address that is used to subscribe to this group. For more information on using this email address to allow people to sign up, see How Do I Get the Subscription Email?

• Delete Checkbox - Check the Delete checkbox(es) for the group(s) you want to delete.

NOTE: Before deleting a group, you must remove all subscribers from the group, remove the group from all campaigns, and remove the web form(s) that feed(s) the group.

Click the Update button to delete the selected groups.

To create a new group, click the Create New Group hyperlink, and the Create Group screen will open.

Organization Groups

Your organization may have set up with organization groups used for Shared Campaigns. You will see these groups displayed with grey delete checkboxes. NOTE: You cannot delete organization groups.
