Custom Fields

The custom (user defined) fields are available for you to customize and use on various subscription (web) forms. You can pick which fields to use on a subscription form. You can use some on one subscription form and others on another subscription form. Or you can use the same user defined field on multiple subscription forms. To edit the values of an existing field:

1. Click on the Field Name hyperlink.

2. The Specify User Field screen will open for that field.

To create a new field:

1. Click on the Field Number hyperlink for the empty field.

2. The Specify User Field screen will open for that field.

NOTE: You cannot change a field’s Type once it is created. There are a maximum of 9 user defined fields.
