How Do I Create a Group?

To perform a search for subscribers to then place in a group:

  1. Click Subscribers and Groups on the main menu.

  2. On the Manage Subscribers screen, conduct a search to find the subscribers you want to put into your new group.

  3. In the search results table, select the checkboxes for the subscribers you want to put into the new group.

  4. Select the Create New Group option in the Put in Group drop-down list, and a Create Group area will appear.

  5. Enter the group name and click OK in the Create Group area.

To create a new group without any subscribers in it:

  1. Click Subscribers and Groups on the main menu.

  2. On the Manage Subscribers screen, click the Manage Groups hyperlink.

  3. On the Manage Groups screen, click the Create New Group hyperlink.

  4. On the Create Group screen, enter the name for the new group and click the OK button.
