Member Policies and Sign Up Order

This is where you review and accept the Member Policies for the Opportunity and select your Start Kit.

1.  Review the Member Policies.

2.  Select the “I AGREE” checkbox to confirm that you understand and agree to the Policies.

3.  Select the Chaga Package from the choices provided. Click the Change Billing Information link if you want to change the payment method for the order. Click the Change Shipping Information link if you want to change the shipping address for the order.

4.  Click Submit to submit the agreement to the Policies and the order.
