System Requirements

The minimum requirements to run the Back Office system are:

• Java enabled browser with 128 bit encryption, such as Internet Explorer 6.0.

How Do I Enable/Disable Cookies and JavaScript?

To access the system, your internet browser must support cookies, non-persistent cookies, and JavaScript. We recommend viewing the site with Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, please read the information provided below. For any other browser, please refer to the online help offered by the software company who created the browser.

To determine your Microsoft Internet Explorer’s version, look at the browser Help drop-down menu, and then click the About Internet Explorer topic, and a window will appear showing you which version of the browser you have.

• Instructions for Internet Explorer 4.x and 5.x:

1. Click on the Tools menu, and then on Internet options.

2. A new screen will appear. Click on the Security tab.

3. Select Internet, and then click the Custom Level button.  

4. Another new screen will appear. Scroll down until you see the area which says Cookies.

5. Make sure you have both sections set to Enable cookies (Allow per-session cookies and Allow cookies that are stored on your computer)

6. Then, scroll down until you see Script.

7. Enable Active Scripting.

8. Click OK.

9. Close the program, and then launch it again. The modifications will take effect.

• Instructions for Internet Explorer 6.x:

1. Click on the Tools  menu, and then on Internet options.

2. A new screen will appear. Click on the Privacy tab.

3. Be sure that the scroll bar is at the medium-high level.

4. Click on Advanced.

5. Check the Override automatic cookie handling box.

6. Check the two Accept boxes

7. Click on the Security tab.

8. Select Internet, and then click on the Custom Level button.

9. Scroll down until you see Script.

10. Enable Active Scripting.

11. Click OK.

12. Click OK again.

13. Close the program, and then launch it again. The modifications will take effect.
