Setting Up Your Screen Resolution

To set up your screen resolution for optimal viewing:

1. Right-click your mouse on an empty area of your Desktop.

2. Select Properties from the options available. The Display Properties window will appear.

3. On the Display Properties window, select the Settings tab.

4. In the Screen Area section of the Settings tab, move the slider so that the screen resolution is 1024 by 768 pixels. You may set the screen area to more than 1024 by 768 pixels if you desire.

5. Click the Apply button. A pop-up window will appear. Click the OK button on the pop-up window.

6. Another pop-up window will appear asking if you want to keep the settings. Click the Yes button and your new settings will be saved.

7. Click the OK button to close the Display Properties window.
