Place Order Summary
1. Review the order information:
● Bill To lists the name and address that will be billed for this order.
● Payment Information lists the credit card type and the credit card number with only the last 4 digits displayed, or the check routing and account numbers.
● Ship To lists the name and address where the order should be sent.
● Shipping Method lists how the order will be delivered.
● The Products, Item #, Price/Item, Qty, Price Total, and the Volume Total are listed in the table.
● Below the grid will be the values for any Discounts, the Sub-Total, any applicable Tax, S&H costs and the Total price you will be charged for this order.
2. If the order details are correct, click the Submit Order button. An Order Confirmation screen will appear letting you know that your order has been processed.
NOTE: After you click the Submit Order button, please wait until the Order Confirmation screen appears.
