Return Order

On the Return Order screen, you can view the details of the order, and the details for the returns on that order. Items must be returned in the original amounts that were ordered. Partial returns are not allowed. The credit to the dealer’s payment method for the return must be performed outside of Back Office.

To enter the details of the return:

1.  Enter the volume to be refunded in the Make Volume Adjustment text box.

2.  Enter details for the reason for return in the Reason for Return Details text box.

3.  Click the Submit button to submit the return record. The member’s Volume will be adjusted when you submit the return record, and the order status will change from pending return to returned.

NOTE: You can view the amount to be refunded to the distributor's credit card on the Order Details screen for the returned order (the credit to the dealer’s payment method for the return must be performed outside of Back Office). You can search for the volume adjustment on Manage Volume Adjustments screen and view the Volume Amount Refunded on the Volume Adjustment Summary screen.
