How Can I View the Adjusted Volume from a Return Order?

To search for a volume adjustment:

  1. From the Commissions Menu, click Manage Volume Adjustments.

  2. Select your search criteria:

  3. If you want to search by account holder, select the ID # option and enter the identification number in the text box.

  4. If you want to choose your search criteria, select Choose for Search Criteria, and then select from the following options.

  1. Click the Submit button to search for commissions.

  2. The volume adjustments meeting your criteria will display with the following information:

  3. Date - Date that the volume adjustment was made.

  4. Reference # - Number of the Volume Adjustment, also is a hyperlink to the Volume Adjustment Summary screen.

  5. Account Holder - Account holder that the adjustment was made for.

  6. ID # - Identification number of the account holder.

  7. Adjusted By - Account ID of the person who created the adjustment.

  8. Commission Period Start Date - Starting date for the commission period that the Volume adjustment was made on.

  9. Commission Period End Date - Ending date for the commission period that the Volume adjustment was made on.

  10. Adjustment Amount - Positive or negative Volume amount for the adjustment.

  1. Click the Reference # hyperlink to open the Volume Adjustment Summary screen.

  2. On the Volume Adjustment Summary screen, the following details are listed for the selected Volume adjustment.

  1. Click the Back button or the Cancel button to exit the Volume Adjustment Summary screen.
