Broadcast Email Tips
1. In the Word Document (or any other program), select the text with your mouse. If you need to select all the text in the document, you can press the CTRL Key and the “A” key to “select all”.
2. Copy the selected text. As a shortcut, you can press the CTRL Key and the “C” key to “copy”.
3. Open Microsoft Notepad.
4. Paste the text into Microsoft Notepad. As a shortcut, you can press the CTRL Key and the “V” key to “paste”.
5. Save the Notepad file to your local computer. Notepad is a text only program. Saving in Notepad will remove Microsoft Word code from your text.
6. In Notepad, select the text with your mouse. If you need to select all the text in the document, you can press the CTRL Key and the “A” key to “select all”.
7. Copy the selected text. As a shortcut, you can press the CTRL Key and the “C” key to “copy”.
8. Open Email Broadcast and follow the steps until you reach the Compose Email HTML Editor screen.
9. Paste the text into the Email Broadcast HTML Editor. As a shortcut, you can press the CTRL Key and the “V” key to “paste”.
10. Format your email content using the options in the HTML Editor. See the HTML Editor Tips below for details on how to use the HTML Editor.

1. On the website where the picture is, right click the picture. Then click the Properties option at the bottom of the window that appeared when you right clicked.
2. In the window that appears, drag your mouse over the http address to select the whole URL and then press the CTRL and C keys simultaneously to copy the URL path. You will be pasting this text into a window in Email Broadcaster HTML Editor.
3. On the HTML Editor, click the Insert Image button. In the window that appears paste the URL you copied and then click the OK button.
4. The picture will now appear in the HTML Editor.
