View Autoship Details

This screen displays the details of an Autoship.  An Autoship is an order template that generates a new shipment every month.

●    Bill To - Address of the account owner.

●    Payment Method - Payment information for this Autoship.

●    Ship To - Shipping address for this Autoship.

●    Shipping Method - Shipping method for this Autoship.

●    Autoship Name - Name for this Autoship.

●    Status - Status of this Autoship. Available values are active and cancelled.

●    Date Created - Date that the Autoship was created.

●    Ship Date - Recurring date that the Autoship send out shipments.

●    Product Name - Name of product on this Autoship with the applicable price and quantity.

●    Item # - Product item number for the product.

●    Price/Item - Price of the product on this Autoship.

●    Qty - Quantity of that product on this order.

●    Price - Price of the selected qty of the product.

●    Sub-Total Price - Subtotal of the products on the Autoship.

●    Tax - Tax on this order (if any).

●    S&H- Shipping costs on this order.

●    Total - Total charged for this Autoship each month.

If you need to change the billing address or payment method for this Autoship, click the Change Billing/Payment Info button.

If you need to change the shipping address or this Autoship, click the Change Shipping Info button.

If you need to change the shipping method for this Autoship, click the Change Shipping Method button.

If you need to edit the quantities or products, click the Edit Autoship button. The Edit Autoship Details screen will display the order details for this Autoship and allow you to edit the order.

To cancel this Autoship, click the Cancel Autoship button.

Shipment History for this Autoship - The bottom section of the screen displays orders that have been shipped from this Autoship. This allows you to see the totals for this Autoship, as well as track any changes that have been made to this Autoship over time.

●    Autoship # - Click this hyperlink to open the Order Details screen for this Order #.

●    Ship Date (actual) - Date that this order was shipped.

●    Autoship Type - Status of the order.

●    Order Total - Total price on this order.
