How Do I Edit My Autoships?

To view your Autoship details:

1. Click Manage Autoships from the Back Office Menu. The View Autoship List screen will appear.

2. Open an Autoship by clicking on the View hyperlink in the list.

3. The system will display the View Autoship Details screen.

• If you need to change the billing address or payment method for this Autoship, click the Change Billing/Payment Info button

• If you need to change the shipping address for this Autoship, click the Change Shipping Info button.

• If you need to change the shipping method for this Autoship, click the Change Shipping Method button.

• If you need to edit the quantities or products for this Autoship, click the Edit Autoship button. The Edit Autoship Details screen will display the order details for this Autoship and allow you to edit the order.

• To request a cancellation of this Autoship, click the Cancel Autoship button.
