What is an Autoship?

An Autoship is an order that is set up to ship monthly.

In the Order History, any shipment made from this autoship will display as an order in the Order List, with the View hyperlink in the table.

How Do I Change an Autoship?

Select the Manage Autoships option from the Back Office Menu, and select the Autoship you want to change from the View Autoship List screen. The details for that Autoship will display on the View Autoship Details screen.

• If you want to edit the products and/or quantities on the order, click the Edit Autoship button at the bottom of the screen.

• If you want to cancel the order and stop shipments permanently, click the Cancel button.
