How Do I Search for an Account?
Click Search for Account from the Account Info menu.
Select the Search By Name option.
Enter the first name of the account holder in the first text box or leave it empty.
Enter at least the first 2 characters of last name into the second text box.
Click the Submit button and the search results will appear on your screen.
NOTE: The system will handle partial matching of account names. For example, if you enter “wi” into the second text box, all account holders with last names beginning with “wi” will display in the search results.
To search by account holder company name:
Select the Search By Company Name option.
Enter at least the first 2 characters of company name into the Company Name text box.
Click the Submit button and the search results will appear on your screen.
NOTE: The system will handle partial matching of account Company names.
To search by email:
Select the Email option.
Enter at least the first 2 characters of email address in the Email text box.
Click the Submit button and the search results will appear on your screen.
NOTE: The system will handle partial matching of email addresses.
To search by User Name:
Select the User Name option.
Enter at least the first 2 characters of User Name in the User Name text box.
Click the Submit button and the search results will appear on your screen.
NOTE: The system will handle partial matching of user names.
To search by phone number:
Select the Phone Number option.
Enter the complete contact phone number for the account in the Phone Number text box.
Click the Submit button and the search results will appear on your screen.
Click the ID # hyperlink in the search results table, and you will automatically access that user’s account. The account holder’s menu will replace the Admin menu, and the View Account Summary screen for that account holder will display.
