Schedule Message
The first message is always going to be Send message on signup. For subsequent messages you will need to choose between the following schedule options:
Send message on sign up. When this option is selected, the message will go out when subscribers are added to the group the campaign is set to send to.
If this is not the first message on the campaign, you can set the message to send an amount of time you choose after any of the previously created messages. To do so, select the Send Message option. Enter a number in the text box, and select a unit of time from the drop-down options (days, weeks, months). Select the previous message you want this message to be sent after from the previous messages in the after drop-down list.
Example: Send 8 days after the previous message will send the message eight days after the previous message in the campaign is sent.
All messages after the second one will allow you to schedule based on any other message in the campaign. So you can set up the third message on the campaign to send 5 days after the first message, or send 5 days after the second message.
Next- Click the Next button to save the information and open the Choose Template screen to continue creating your message.
Cancel - Click the Cancel button to discard your information, cancel the message, and open the Edit Campaign screen.
Choose between the following schedule options:
Select Send Immediately to send the message as soon as it is marked Completed.
To send the message on a specific date, select the Send message on option and enter a date in the text box. Enter dates in MM/DD/YYYY format. Completed messages will be scheduled to be sent on that day.
Example: Send on 04/20/2003 will send the message on the date entered.
Next- Click the Next button to save the information and open the Choose Template screen to continue creating your message.
Cancel - Click the Cancel button to discard your information, cancel the message, and open the Edit Campaign screen.
