If you want to change the status from complete to draft so that you can edit the message, select the Draft option.
If you are finished editing the message and it is ready to be sent, leave the Complete option selected.
OK - Click the OK button to save your selection. If the Complete option is selected, the Edit Campaign screen will open. If the Draft option is selected, the draft message hyperlinks will appear allowing you to edit the message template, schedule and content.
Scheduled To Be Sent - This hyperlink displays the schedule for the message to be sent. Click on the link to edit the message schedule on the Schedule Message screen.
Edit Content - Click on the link to edit the content of the message on the Enter Content screen. If you imported a template, you cannot use the system to edit your message, but can edit the HTML in the text editor provided.
Edit Template - Click on the link to choose a different template for your message or change the name of the message in the Choose Template screen. When you choose a different template, you will be prompted to enter the content again.
Message Status - The message will not be sent until the status is changed from Draft to Completed.
If you are not finished with your edits, leave the option set to Draft.
If you are finished editing the message and it is ready to be sent, select the Complete option.
OK - Click the OK button when you are finished with your edits and open the Edit Campaign screen.
